When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders placed before 1:00 P.M. EST will be shipped the same day (business days only, we are closed on the weekend) assuming items/quantities are in stock.
Additional shipping charges may be applied on shipments with incorrect addresses. A $10.00 fee will be applied to any order that is shipped out and then refused by recipient. Occasionally actual shipping charges may differ depending on the quantity and size of your order; the customer would be notified for confirmation of the difference in shipping charges. Occasionally we offer free shipping on items, however we reserve the right under certain circumstances to charge for shipping on free shipping items; the customer would be notified for confirmation of this.
UPS Ground shipping
is our preferred method of shipping and shipping cost will depend on weight of the order. Typical time to arrive to you is 2-6 Business days after the order is processed. Tracking information is provided to you once the order is shipped.
2nd Day Air
shipping rates vary by order weight. Typical time to arrive to you is 2 Business days after the order is processed. Tracking information is provided to you once the order is shipped.
Next Day Air
shipping rates vary by order weight. Typical time to arrive to you is 1 Business day after the order is processed. Tracking information is provided to you once the order is shipped.
UPS shipping does not include Saturday delivery. There is an additional $10.00 charge for Saturday Delivery.
In some cases additional shipping charges may be applied on items that are considered oversized.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes.
GROUND SHIPPING MAP
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). No credit will be issued for product we determine cannot be resold. If you open or use the product, then we cannot take the product back for credit. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and handling fees when orders are cancelled after they have been shipped.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
